Whether your property is fully let or not, you will receive a mutually agreed guaranteed monthly rental income, on a long term basis, typically 5 years.
High Standard Accomodation
Your property will be maintained to a high standard and we will carry out any necessary improvements in order to create attractive, excellent accommodation. Your property will be returned to you at the end of the agreed term in the same or improved condition than originally found.
